1. What LoveZap is
LoveZap analyzes chat exports you import and offers AI-generated reflections through Zappy. It is a self-reflection and entertainment tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or crisis advice, and it does not diagnose anyone. Patterns and scores are estimates based on text and can be wrong.
2. Safety
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988, or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233; in Brazil, call CVV at 188, or 190 in an emergency). Safety resources in the app are always free.
3. Your content
Only import conversations you are a participant in. You are responsible for how you use insights about another person. Do not use LoveZap to harass, surveil or control anyone.
4. Subscriptions
- LoveZap Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, abuse or overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must be 18 or older.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, LoveZap is not liable for decisions you make based on its insights or for indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
